Our organization was registered on March 13, 2009. We specializes in the implementation of projects in social and economic spheres.
Our fields of interest are:
- Mental health promotion programmes;
- Prevention of HIV/AIDS and other dangerous infection diseases;
- Prevention of the use of psychoactive substances;
- Forming of anticorruption mentality;
- Sustainable development;
- Gender equality;
- Interethnic relations;
- Well-being of families with children;
- Children’s rights protection;
- Support to children in the situation of their parents’ divorce.
Our main target groups are:
- Children and adolescents;
- Parents;
- Teachers;
- Officials working with children;
- Relevant key persons.
During these years in our programs and projects took part over than 8000 children and 4000 adults (parents, teachers, key persons, etc.).
Geography of our projects spread from the Republic of Karelia to Murmansk and Murmansk region, Saint-Petersburg, Leningradskaya oblast and Moscow.
With the participation of NGO "Sodeistvie" the following projects have been implemented:
2010
- "Prevention of HIV infection among girls 15-19 years old (pupils of 8-11 grades of pilot schools in Petrozavodsk)" with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland;
- The exchange program for NGOs of the North-West of Russia and the Nordic countries, funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers;
2011
- "Formation of anti-corruption mentality among older schoolchildren in pilot schools in Petrozavodsk", funded by the Matra-KAP program by the Consulate of the Netherlands;
- holding an international gender conference in Petrozavodsk in March 2011. "Through new ideas for gender equality," funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers;
- Participation in 2011 in the exchange program for NGOs in the North-West of Russia and the Nordic countries, funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers, during which ANO experts visited partner organizations in Finland and Iceland;
- the implementation during 2011 with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland project "Prevention of HIV infection among girls 15-19 years in the Republic of Karelia";
- the project "Support to the development of the early prevention system for children in the Republic of Karelia" 2011-2012, with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of Norway;
- Participation in 2012 in the exchange program for NGOs of the North-West of Russia and the Nordic countries financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers, with the project "Nordic countries: Innovative Education Towards Green Growth and Sustainable Development", during which AIE experts visited partner organizations in Finland, Sweden and Denmark;
- the project "Support for the establishment of an early prevention system for children of the North-West of Russia", implemented in 2012-2013. with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of Norway;
- the project "Strong family: evidence-based models of family work for welfare in Finland and the Republic of Karelia", implemented in 2013-2014 as part of the ENPI cross-border cooperation program "Karelia";
- Participation in 2013 in the project "The rights of children - human rights: Partnership for children in the Nordic countries towards the well-being of children and their families", implemented within the framework of the program of the Nordic Council of Ministers "Program of experience exchange for non-profit organizations and young leaders of Russia and the Nordic countries »;
- the project "The National Idea in Unity of Nations", implemented in 2013 as part of the action plan of the program "Petrozavodsk - the city of public partnership: interaction of the Administration of Petrozavodsk urban district with the public sector;
- the project "Prevention of surfactants - working with the family for the well-being of the child", implemented in 2014 with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of Norway;
- the project "Nordic Experience in Childhood and Child Rights: The Future Begins Now", implemented in 2014 as part of the Nordic Council of Ministers program "Experience Sharing Program for Non-Profit Organizations and Young Leaders of Russia and the Nordic Countries";
- the project "Interethnic relations in the mirror of the media", implemented in 2014 as part of the action plan of the program "Petrozavodsk - the city of public partnership: the interaction of the Administration of Petrozavodsk urban district with the public sector";
- the project "Support to the establishment of an early prevention system for children of the North-West of Russia 2014-2015", implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of Norway;
- the project "Medicine, education and art on the protection of health from HIV and tuberculosis", implemented in 2014-2015 and in 2016-2017. with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of Norway;
- the project "Prevention of surfactants - working with the family for the well-being of the child 2015-2016", implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Health of Norway;
- The project "Support for the improvement of family well-being in rural areas of the Republic of Karelia: the development of sheep breeding: A View from the Netherlands - 2016", implemented with the financial support of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in St. Petersburg;
