MADPRO
NGO Media and environmental projects (MADPRO) acts as one of environmental NGOs in Lithuania working with environmental protection and related issues. Main activites and projects includes wastewater treatment sector, renewable energy sources, inovative interactive solutions for presenting information for public, production of video materials for TV and related media. MADPRO has close relations with all NGOs working in environmental sector in Lithuania and abroad. From the 2007 MADPRO has implemented different public awareness campaigns related to various environmental issues.

VAMLAS Supporting Foundation for Children and Youth with Disabilities
We promote diversity and inclusion especially in schools, studies, hobbies and working life. We have been working for equal opportunities since 1889.
Our objective is to make sure children and youth with disabilities and their families have equality of opportunities.

Innovating through networking
We are experts in the employment, services and education of children and youth with disabilities. Active networking in Finland and abroad is the basis of our work. We influence policy makers and other key players with information gathered through our partners.
-We provide training in areas for example the social service system, work requirement assessment and job carving
-We implement development projects to create best practices
-We provide students with disabilities with genuinely inclusive housing services in a regular student house residence
-We award grants to children and youth with disabilities for their studies and hobbies.
-We organize seminars and events bringing together actors from a wide variety of fields
Vamlas is a non-governmental organization. We work mostly in national networks, but we have worked internationally too. We are currently looking to strengthen our international co-operation.

Sudurnes Science and Learning Center
Sudurnes Science and Learning Center is a research center with emphasis on natural science and related subjects. Southwest Iceland Nature Research Institute and The University of Iceland´s Research Center in Sudurnes are part of the center. Sudurnes Science and Learning center is situated by the sea and close by are shores and wild nature, ideal for research. The center offers high quality research facilities, accommodation for researchers and three exhibitions: nature gallery, historical gallery and an art gallery. The research facilities include unique, clean seawater and possibilities to conduct research in ecotoxicology, behavioural ecology, fisheries and ornithology. The facilities are open to researchers and university students.

Nyheimar Knowledge Center
Nyheimar Knowledge Center was established as an umbrella organization for various institutions and agencies working in education, research, innovation and culture.
Its central role is to facilitate cooperation between the various sectors within and as a part of the Municipality of Hornafjordur. Another vital objective is to promote closer cooperation of individuals, businesses, organizations and public entities with a special emphasis on the integration of culture, education, innovation and research.
Nýheimar Knowledge Center has an experience in organizing educational events of various kinds, both for residents and student groups. There is a particularly great experience in organizing events such as conference meetings, educational lectures and forums. Members of the research center have extensive interdisciplinary knowledge and experience, especially in the field of environment and education.

Husavik Academic Center is a center for adult education and lifelong learning in Northeast of Iceland. HAC has as well a researching department working mostly with rural researching, with main focus on the Northeast of Iceland.
